Hawaii Homechex was established in 2005 and is now the premiere concierge service for owners of Kohala Coast resort properties. Lissette Oliver and her team pride themselves in providing timely and meticulous service to their clients and their luxury homes. A wide variety of service options are available.

For our clients who rent their homes or condominiums through Airbnb or VRBO, the Homechex team members can meet and provide a full walk through of the property to the rental guest to assure their stay is as question and trouble free. In addition, a detailed Welcome Letter can be sent pre-arrival coupled with departure services including cleaning for a complete “stay package”. Handy man, laundry and tour bookings are also available. The same services can also be offered for owners who provide their homes to extended family members and non-paying guests also.

Homechex services are often advertised by owners to their rental clients, as these services enhance the value of their rental offerings and assure an on-island presence where the owners are located elsewhere. Lissette and her team are available 7 days a week for owners or their guest’s questions or concerns. Lissette is always ready to solve problems, give activity suggestions, respond to the property’s mechanical issues and coordinate their resolution on behalf of the owner or their guests.
